How to Create a Credit Pack and Single Session

Why This Matters
Credit Packs are ideal for flexible clients who do not want to commit to a Membership. Correct setup ensures clear pricing, correct validity, and other desired settings — including installment options if needed.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Create a new Product: My Company > Products > click New Product
– Select Credit Pack or Single Session. Next, add the name for this product (for example “10 Credits” or “10-Session Pack”) and click Next.
Step 2: Configure the core settings (visibility, validity, number of credits)
– Set the number of Credits the package entails and the validity (in days, weeks, or months). Indicate if this is a ‘trial’ product (if it can only be bought one time per client). Add a category, brief description, and set the visibility. Below is an explanation of each option.
Visible means that anyone can see this product at all times in your shop or while booking in your calendar or booking module.
Hide completely means that no clients can find this product or purchase it themselves, only the admin or certain staff members will be able to assign this product to clients, the people that have this product will still be able to use it.
Only via Checkout Link means that anyone with the link to the product can purchase it (this is not a one-time-use link but a fixed link for the product).
Only via Booking Module means that it is only visible and can be purchased while booking (through the calendar or through the booking module on your website)
Step 3: Set the Price (incl. VAT), VAT rate, if the registration fee applies and if you want to set installments for the total payment of the product.
Step 4: Adjust additional settings (optional)
– Configure the information in the confirmation email (Pro & Premium), fixed end- or start date, client group restriction (Pro & Premium), minimum or maximum age etc. You can also set the income per Credit, or mandate request with purchase.
Step 5: Activate payment in installments (optional)
– Scroll to Payment Settings and enable Installments if you want the Credit Pack to be paid in multiple terms. You can then set the number of installments (payments) and the payment period (payment per…). With this setting you can allow clients to pay a Credit Pack in multiple installments. This is useful for higher-priced packs and can be paid through a payment link or with Direct Debit. You decide the number of installments and the interval. The first installment is paid with the purchase of the product and the remaining installments will follow.
Step 6: Select activities which the product can be used for
– You can select as many as you want here, but keep in mind that all of the credits can be used for any of these selected activities (if one activity is more valuable than others keep this in mind).
Single Session Instead of a Credit Pack
If you want to sell one session instead of a multi-session pack:
– Create a Single Session when choosing which product you want to create. Next, set a validity period within which this single session can be used after purchase. This allows clients to book exactly one session without committing to multiple Credits or a membership. This is also ideal for a trial session.
Adjusting Installments for an Active Credit Pack
If a client is already paying in installments and changes are needed:
Step 1: Open the client profile
– Go to the Client and open the Products tab, click on the product in question.
Step 2: Open the payment overview of the product with installments.
– This should be visible when you click the Product and go to the Payments tab.
Step 3: Modify or add an installment
– Use the options button to edit a payment or select New installment to add one.
Best Practice
Use clear product names such as “10 Credits - 3 months” to prevent misunderstandings about usage and expiration.
Common Questions
Can I create a free trial pack?
– Yes, enable Trial Product so it can only be purchased once per client and set the price to 0.
Can I hide a Credit Pack from the Shop?
– Yes, adjust the visibility settings to ‘Hide’ it or sell it only via the link or booking module.
Can I sell just one session?
– Yes, create a Single Session, this product automatically has 1 Credit.
Can I allow payment in installments?
– Yes, enable Installments under Payment Settings.
Can I change installments after purchase?
– Yes, you can edit or add installments via the client’s Product > Payments tab.
