Step 1: Open your Activities overview: My Company > Activities
– This is where all Activities in your platform are created and managed.

Step 2: Select the Activity you want to modify
– Open the Activity where penalties should not apply.

Step 3: Disable penalties for this Activity 
– Turn off the penalty option via the booking setting so no automated penalties are applied to bookings for this Activity. The Activity will now run without applying penalties to customers.
