How to Add Activities to Your Schedule to Let Customers Book

Quick Summary
You can create Activities in your Schedule so customers can book sessions, classes, or events online.
Each Activity can be linked to a Membership, Credit Pack, Product, or a required number of Credits, allowing the system to control who can book.
Why This Matters
If Activities are not configured correctly, clients may book without valid Credits, or they may not be able to book at all.
A well-structured Schedule reduces administrative work, prevents payment mistakes, and ensures your booking flow works smoothly.
Step by Step Instructions
Group activity:
Step 1: Open your calendar: Schedule
– Go to your Schedule to view your calendar and manage bookable Activities.
Step 2: Create a new session: Schedule > Select Date and Time
– Click the desired time slot in your calendar to create a new session.
Step 3: Define the Activity details
– Select the activity you want to schedule
Step 4: Assign trainer and location
– Select the appropriate location and trainer so the session appears correctly in the Schedule.
Step 5: Set the Activity date and time
– Choose the correct start and end time to ensure accurate booking availability.
Step 6: Set recurrence if needed
– If the session takes place weekly or on fixed repeating dates, configure it as a recurring session.
Step 7: Save the Activity: Schedule > Schedule session
– Save the Activity so it becomes visible and available for customers to book.
Private activity:
Step 1: Open your calendar: Schedule
– Go to your Schedule to view your calendar and manage bookable Activities.
Step 2: Create a new session: Schedule > Select Date and Time

– Select the activity you want to schedule
Step 4: Add the client you want to schedule the session for
– For one-on-one training or a fixed series, create the session directly for a specific client.

– Select the appropriate location and trainer so the session appears correctly in the Schedule.
Step 6: Set the Activity date and time
– Choose the correct start and end time to ensure accurate booking availability.
Step 7: Set recurrence if needed
– If the session takes place weekly or on fixed repeating dates, configure it as a recurring session.
Step 8: Save the Activity: Schedule > Schedule session
– Save the Activity so it becomes visible and available for customers to book.

Always test one Activity after setup before publishing your full Schedule.

Can I create a recurring class in my Schedule?
– Yes. You can set any session as recurring when creating or editing it.
Can clients book without a valid Membership or Credits?
– No. If the Activity requires a Membership, Credit Pack, Product, or Credits, the system checks this before confirming the booking.
