How to sell content from your Video Library
Estimated Reading Time: 4 minutes
Applies to: Pro and Premium
Quick Summary
You can sell access to your Video Library by making a product in your shop. This allows clients to purchase access directly through your platform and start watching immediately.
Why This Matters
Selling video content creates recurring income without increasing your physical workload.
When set up correctly, access is granted and removed automatically, reducing manual administration and preventing access mistakes.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Make sure your Video Library is configured
– Confirm your video collections are made correctly before you start selling access. Check the steps in ‘How to configure and create your Video Library’.
Step 2: Create a new Product
– Go to My Company > Products and click on ‘Retail, bar, videos & gift cards’ and create a new item: Select ‘video’. This product will represent access to (one of) your Video Collection(s).
Step 3: Configure the Product details
– Add a clear description. Then select the correct video collection and choose a category (if used). To finalize this step: Add access duration, upload a photo for the Shop and set the price including the VAT percentage.
Best Practice
Selling a video collection could work perfectly for clients who you want to offer something else during their holiday for example since they are not able to join your classes or to give them more information about injury prevention.
Common Questions
Can I sell Video Library access without a Membership?
– Yes, you can also sell access through a Credit Pack for one-time purchases or sell it in the shop.
What happens if a client cancels their Membership?
– Access to the Video Library is automatically removed when the Membership becomes inactive. If access is through another product then the access to video's will remain
