This prevents having to manually add the same client to each session.
Step by Step Approach
Step 1: Open your Calendar: Calendar
– Navigate to the Calendar where you manage Activities and bookings.
Step 2: Select the session
– Click on a time slot in day or week view, or select a day in month view. On mobile, tap the + button.
Step 3: Add the client to the session: Add participant
– Select the existing client you want to book into the session.
Step 4: Add the participant to the full series.
– Activate the option to add the participant to the entire series. If this option is not enabled, the client will only be booked into the single selected session.
Step 6: Save the booking
– The client will now be booked into all sessions of the series.

– Yes. If the option to add the participant to the full series is not activated, the client will only be booked into that specific session.
Can I remove the client from one session later?
– Yes. Individual bookings can be edited or removed directly from the Calendar. You can remove a singe session or eventually remove the customer from the full series.
Can I add multiple clients to the same session?
– Yes. You can add multiple participants to a session depending on the capacity of the Activity. As an admin, you could bypass the capacity and add an extra person to the session even if capacity was reached.
