Step by Step Approach

Step 1: Request the integration activation: Email > support@trainin.com
– Send an email to support@trainin.com indicating that you want to connect a marketplace partner such as ClassPass.

Step 2: Activate the integration in Trainin: My Company > Integrations > ClassPass
– Once the integration has been activated by Trainin, enable the toggle to activate the ClassPass connection.

Step 3: Configure your locations for the marketplace: My Company > Locations > Marketplace > ClassPass
– Activate the locations that should be available on the marketplace. 

Step 4: Configure activities for marketplace bookings: My Company > Activities > Activity > Booking Settings > More Booking Settings
– Enable marketplace bookings for the activity and define how many ClassPass spots should be available for each session.

Step 5: Share your integration IDs with the marketplace: My Company > Integrations > ClassPass
– Retrieve your Partner ID and Venue ID(s) and share them with ClassPass by emailing launch@classpass.com so they can finalize the integration.

  • Start by enabling only a limited number of spots per activity. This allows you to test demand from marketplace users while still prioritizing bookings from your existing clients.

  • You can always adjust the number of available spots per session or per series later.

Where do I configure cancellation policies or booking limits?
– Settings such as Bookable untilBook in advance until, and cancellation policies must be configured directly within the marketplace platform. These settings are not transferred from Trainin.

Can I control how many spots are available for marketplace bookings?
– Yes. You can define the number of available spots per activity and adjust them later per session or session series.

Will changes in Trainin automatically update in the marketplace?
– Yes. Changes in Trainin are synced automatically, although it may take a few minutes before they become visible in the marketplace platform.

Does every location have its own Venue ID?
– Yes. Each location (address) has its own Venue ID, although the same Venue ID can be used across multiple locations if required, as long it is the same address (also in ClassPass).
