Steps by Step Approach

How to share an Activity link:

Step 1: Open the Activities section: Go to My Company > Activities
– This page shows all the Activities you have created and allows you to manage and promote them.

Step 2: Open the Activity options: Activities > Three dots next to the Activity
– Each Activity has a menu on the right side with additional options.

Step 3: Open the promo page: Three dots > Promo page
– The promo page generates a shareable page where clients can view the Activity details and book directly.

Step 4: Copy or preview the Activity link: Three dots > Promo page > Copy link or View
– Copy the link to share it on social media, messaging apps, email, or your website. If you click “View”, you will be redirected to the page as your clients will see it before booking.

How to share a Product link

Step 5: Open the Products section: Go to My Company > Products

– This page shows all the Products you sell, such as Memberships, Credit Packs, or other items.

Step 6: Open the Product options: Go to My Company > Products > Three dots next to the Product
– Each Product includes a menu with additional options.

Step 7: Generate the checkout link: Go to My Company > Products > Three dots > Checkout link
– This option generates a direct purchase page for the selected Product.

Step 8: Copy or preview the Product link: Go to My Company > Products > Three dots > Checkout link > Copy link or View
– Copy the link to share it on social media, email campaigns, or your website. The “View” option redirects you to the checkout page your clients will see.

When sharing links on social media, include a short description explaining what clients will get when they click the link. Mention the class type, date, or the benefit of the Product to make the promotion clearer and more attractive.
