Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the webshop settings: My Company > Settings > Shop

Step 2: Enable or Disable the webshop
– Turn on the shop toggle to allow clients to purchase products such as Memberships, Credit Packs, and retail items through the client app.

Step 3: Configure how prices are displayed
– Choose whether prices are shown including VAT or excluding VAT depending on how your business sells products to clients or companies.

Step 4: Select the primary webshop view
– Decide whether the shop opens on the Credits view or the Retail/bar view when clients enter the webshop.

Step 5: Configure credit transfer behavior
– Choose whether unused Credits from an old Credit Pack should transfer automatically to a newly purchased Credit Pack.

Step 6: Save your webshop preferences
– Save the configuration so your webshop settings are applied and visible to clients in the app.
