Phase 7: Go Live

Phase 7: Go Live
Estimated Reading Time: 2 minutes
Applies to: All Plans

Quick Summary

Your schedule is published, and clients can begin booking. This phase marks the official launch of your Trainin platform.

Why This Matters

Going live means your system is now fully accessible to clients.

Any remaining setup issues will directly impact bookings, payments, and client experience.

A controlled and well-prepared launch ensures a smooth start and builds trust with your clients from day one.

Main Goal

Phase 7 activates your entire setup for real client usage.

Your schedule becomes visible, clients can book sessions, purchase products, and interact with your platform.

All previously configured systems—payments, credits, products, and bookings—are now live and operational.

Steps to success

10 - Launch: Invite your customers to the system and allow them to start booking.

Goal: This step focuses on welcoming clients into your system.

– Send the welcome email in mass to your customers
– Manually add customers to the system *if you did not do it in Phase 5
– Confirm clients can log in and access their accounts
– Monitor first bookings and payments closely

Best Practice

Launch at a controlled moment and monitor activity closely during the first days to quickly resolve any issues.

Tips

  • Be available for client questions during launch to provide immediate support

  • Monitor bookings, payments, and client activity in real time to catch issues early

Common Questions

Can I still make changes after going live?
 – Yes, you can update your schedule, products, and settings at any time. Some changes won't apply retrospectively.

What should I monitor after launch?
 – Focus on bookings, activity visibility,  payments, and client access to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do clients get access immediately after launch?
 – Depends, if you add a client manually, in most cases they already receive their welcome email, so they will get access; however, if you used our import services, please share your preferred launch date so we can send the welcome email to all customers at once on this date.
