Your profile and app branding shape the first impression clients get before they book. Correct logos, business details, and colors reduce confusion, improve credibility, and ensure a consistent online presence.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Add your company details: Go to My Company > Settings > Details
– Fill in your company information as it should appear on invoices for clients and for Trainin, and add your invoice e-mail address to receive invoices from Trainin.

Step 2: Update your company profile: Go to My Company > Settings > Profile
– Enter your Company Name, website, and social media links, and upload your Profile Photo and Company Photo to match your brand identity. Write your company description and select your facilities

Step 3: Set your App & Portal branding (My Company > Settings > App & Portal)
– Upload your logos and set your brand colors to personalize your app and portal with your company identity. The logo will be displayed when your customers download the web app on their mobile device.

Step 4: Check Native App Settings (Pro and Premium only)
